Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Cost Control, Accounts Payable and Reporting Specialist to optimize financial processes in a Dubai-based role. The position focuses on accurate cost booking, timely reporting, and proactive vendor reconciliation across multiple systems.

• Proficient in accounts payable and cost control procedures with a strong understanding of financial guidelines.
• Experience in digital transformation projects, including AI and process automation tools.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross‑functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely booking of costs and invoices following VAT guidelines.
• Coordinate with central finance to ensure invoices are received for timely liability booking.
• Conduct weekly DO file reviews to identify missing invoices for cost recognition.
• Manage monthly batch payment runs and handle exceptional payment requests with approvals.
• Identify opportunities to automate AP and cost control processes to improve efficiency.
