Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a UAE-based accounting professional to manage daily transactions including AP/AR, invoicing, receipts, and financial records in Abu Dhabi. You will perform bank reconciliations, monitor costs, and assist with VAT, payroll, and monthly reporting.

Ensure IFRS and UAE compliance and coordinate visa-related tasks with the company PRO. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of UAE accounting experience, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years UAE accounting experience.
• Experience in landscaping, construction, contracting, or similar industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and general accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good English communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiner or short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, AP & AR.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and financial records.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and project costs.
• Assist with VAT, payroll, and monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Ensure accounting practices comply with IFRS and UAE requirements.
• Coordinate with PRO for employee visa, work permit, and related documentation.
• Support management with financial and accounting matters.
