You will manage inventory, AR/AP, VAT compliance, and strict digital filing, coordinating with warehousing and procurement to keep books precise and auditable.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a similar role, strong MS Excel skills, and a meticulous, process-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on accounting in trading, wholesale, or import/export business.
• Strong understanding of inventory valuation (FIFO/Weighted Average) and landed cost.
• Proficient with inventory-integrated accounting software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Track import shipments, duties, and calculate landed costs to protect margins.
• Record high-volume daily sales from retail and wholesale, including returns.
• Maintain AR/AP ledgers, aging invoices, and credit limits.
• Process inventory adjustments, stock transfers, and monthly reconciliations.
• Post JVs, payment vouchers, and receipts with proper documentation.
• Reconcile bank accounts, POS settlements, and petty cash daily.
• Manage depreciation, WPS payroll, and supplier/visa/utility payments.
• Prepare VAT, reconcile import VAT, and ensure timely tax payments.
• Maintain strict digital filing for all invoices, bills, vouchers, and documents.
