Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience in UAE or GCC.
• Experience processing high volumes of local and international supplier invoices.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process supplier invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately and on time.
• Verify pricing, quantities, payment terms, currency, bank details, and VAT treatment.
• Perform three-way matching against POs and GRN/Service records.
• Investigate discrepancies with Procurement, Warehouse, and suppliers.
• Process employee expenses and petty cash following policy.
• Prepare weekly payment runs based on due dates and cash availability.
• Ensure payments are supported and approved per Delegation of Authority.
• Process local and international payments including foreign currency transfers.
• Support trade finance items like LCs as applicable.
• Maintain vendor master data and prevent payment fraud via verification.
• Respond to supplier queries and maintain records for audits.
