Job summary

Mediclinic International seeks an analytics lead for Operational Excellence to turn process performance into trusted metrics, dashboards and insights that drive decision-making across all facilities. You will govern KPI frameworks, monitor cadence and deliver capacity and benefit evidence, reinforcing DSIM analytics standards and self-service growth.

Essential 2+ years in data analysis or BI; bachelor’s in statistics, math, CS, business or finance. UAE healthcare experience preferred.

• Define and certify the KPI, SLA and baseline framework for the priority processes.
• Deliver trusted dashboards, analysis and the command centre intelligence layer on the governed data layer.
• Run the monitoring, escalation and intervention cadence.
• Model capacity and productivity, and evidence the benefit realised.
• Work to DSIM analytics standards, enable self-service and grow the capability.
