Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Healthcare Data and Analytics Manager in the UAE to lead a skilled analytics team and drive data‑driven strategies across clinical and operational domains. You will shape governance, dashboards and insights while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in data analytics, 3+ in healthcare, and proven leadership, with travel as needed. You will collaborate with IT, clinical, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, health informatics, computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of healthcare data.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, data engineers and data scientists.
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Foster a data-driven culture across IT, clinical and operational teams.
• Stay current with industry trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
