Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 12 years’ healthcare operations or transformation experience.
• 5+ years’ leadership in process excellence across multi-site organisations.
• Experience with BPMN 2.0 process architecture and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operational Excellence function and governance across facilities.
• Oversee KPI/SLA frameworks and real-time capacity management.
• Drive AI, automation and digital solutions in operations.
• Build internal capability and change management across sites.
• Partner with stakeholders to realise operational and financial benefits.
