Job summary

SEHA Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. seeks a Manager for Performance & Business Excellence to lead hospital-wide KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews.

You will drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, analyze data across clinical and non-clinical areas, and support regulatory accreditation and strategic planning with executive leadership. The role covers improving patient flow, capacity, and operational efficiency in Abu Dhabi's public healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed above.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, Health Informatics, or related).

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and report hospital-wide KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, and performance dashboards.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality initiatives to identify bottlenecks and optimize operations.
• Analyze operational, clinical, financial, workforce, and patient data for actionable insights.
• Support regulatory compliance, accreditation activities (JCI, CBAHI, DOH, DHA, MOHAP, etc.), and quality indicators.
• Contribute to annual strategic planning and executive-level reporting for governance.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve patient flow, capacity management, and overall efficiency.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field

Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, Health Informatics, or related discipline) preferred
