You will evaluate partnerships, analyze service gaps, and translate data into executive-level recommendations that shape strategic decisions and improve patient experience across the network.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, analytics, strategy, or performance improvement.
• 2-3 years supporting executive leadership in large healthcare organizations.
• Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills.

What you'll do:

What you bring:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field (Doctoral degree a plus)
• 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, analytics, strategy, or performance improvement
• 2-3 years supporting executive leadership in large healthcare organizations
• Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills
