Mediclinic International seeks an analytics lead for Operational Excellence to turn process performance into trusted metrics, dashboards and insights that drive decision-making across all facilities. You will govern KPI frameworks, monitor cadence and deliver capacity and benefit evidence, reinforcing DSIM analytics standards and self-service growth.
Essential 2+ years in data analysis or BI; bachelor’s in statistics, math, CS, business or finance. UAE healthcare experience preferred.
To be the named analytics lead for Operational Excellence, turning process performance into trusted metrics, dashboards and analysis that improve decisions across all facilities. To build on the governed data layer, define and certify the KPI, SLA and baseline framework, run the monitoring cadence, and turn process change into measured capacity and financial benefit. To work as part of the DSIM analyst team, sharing methods, standards and cover with the other analysts.

Define and certify the KPI, SLA and baseline framework for the priority processes

Deliver trusted dashboards, analysis and the command centre intelligence layer on the governed data layer

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Finance or a related field
DESIRED EDUCATION
Further study in data modelling or statistics
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
More than 5 years in analytics, including a period as the named analytics point of contact for a business area
Healthcare experience, or a comparable service-operations environment
Designing KPI and SLA frameworks, exception-based monitoring and escalation
Demand, capacity and workforce productivity modelling, and benefit realisation reporting
UAE regulatory KPI reporting (JAWDA, Muashir, DHA and DOH)
