Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts invites applications for the Assistant Outlet Manager – All Day Dining at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on leading daily operations, mentoring the Food & Beverage team, and delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of hotel/restaurant leadership, strong F&B knowledge, and a proactive, guest-centric mindset.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, with extensive understanding of beverages, service standards, and guest experience.
• A service-focused personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring consistent service delivery across the restaurant.
• Experience in all aspects of restaurant operations and service management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire colleagues.
• Proven ability to successfully manage high-volume dining operations while maintaining exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Russian or Arabic language proficiency is preferred, given the diverse guest profile and operational requirements of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the All Day Dining outlet, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the Food & Beverage team toward a culture of excellence.
• Plan and allocate resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor service standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Interact with guests to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain high food quality and presentation.
