Our client, a leading UAE-based contractor, is seeking a Chief Estimator (Airport Civil Infrastructure) to head the estimating and pre-contracts function in Dubai. The role involves steering tender strategy, pricing, cost control and risk management for major airport projects.

Ideal candidates will have a civil engineering or QS background, 12+ years of estimating experience and at least 2 years in team leadership, with extensive airport project exposure.

Formación

• Tertiary education in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
• Minimum 12 years estimating experience in the construction industry.
• At least 2 years managing a team of estimators.
• Large airport infrastructure project experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the company's estimating and pre-contracts function for major airport civil infrastructure opportunities.
• Provide strategic direction on tendering, pricing, cost management and commercial risk.
• Ensure bids are commercially competitive, accurate and aligned with business growth and profitability.
