Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Tendering & Estimation Manager in Dubai to lead the tendering function, analyze project requirements, assess risks, and prepare competitive bids that maximize project wins.

The role requires 15+ years in construction/engineering with strong tendering and estimation experience, plus a track record in leading estimation teams and delivering accurate cost estimates under tight deadlines. Strong communication, negotiation, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with relevant certifications.
• 15+ years in construction/engineering with tendering and estimation exposure.
• Proven leadership of estimation or tendering teams.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract docs, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software (RAI or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Tender Department, ensuring efficient resources and workload.
• Mentor estimators and quantity surveyors to improve team performance.
• Review tender invitations with leadership and decide on participation.
• Prepare and submit tender submissions with technical and commercial docs.
• Prepare final pricing with markups, discounts, and risk considerations.
