Job summary

SCS AI Solutions is seeking an AI Training and Enablement Lead (support role) to guide client staff during rollout and handover. The role is part-time with monthly FTE allocation, UAE-based, for 12 months, starting immediately.

You will design bilingual Arabic-English training materials, deliver classroom and online sessions, record attendance, and measure adoption post-go-live. Experience with large enterprise software rollouts (Microsoft 365 or Power Platform) is highly valued, with UAE

Qualifications

• Must have significant experience designing and delivering training for software rollouts (ideally Microsoft 365 or Power Platform).
• Experience training large-enterprise users.
• Can deliver training in Arabic and English, or English with an Arabic-speaking co-trainer arranged.
• Must be present in UAE already and available to start immediately (with 5 days notice).

• Deliver classroom and online training during office hours, and record attendance and results.

• Measure adoption after go-live and close gaps; lead the knowledge-transfer plan with the AI delivery lead.

The training lead makes sure the client's staff use the solutions confidently and can run them after handover, which is a core part of every project.

What you will do

• Assess training needs for each user group: end users, reviewers, power users, IT administrators and managers.
• Write bilingual (Arabic and English) training material, quick guides and short videos.
• Deliver classroom and online training during office hours, and record attendance and results.
• Run AI literacy sessions: what the AI can and can't do, how to check its output, when to escalat.
• Measure adoption after go-live and close gaps; lead the knowledge-transfer plan with the AI delivery lead.

Must have

• SIgnificant experience designing and delivering training for software rollouts (more is a strong plus), ideally Microsoft 365 or Power Platform.
• Experience training large-enterprise users.
• Can deliver training in Arabic and English, or English with an Arabic-speaking co-trainer arranged.
• Must be present in UAE already and available to start immediately (with 5 days notice).

Nice to have

• Change management certification (Prosci or similar).
• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
• AI literacy or Copilot adoption programmes.
