Job summary

Tawasol Solution and Services LLC seeks an AI Security and Compliance Lead (Support Role) to ensure every solution passes strict security and AI-governance reviews. The role requires hands-on risk assessment, documentation, and evidence collection for clients and assessors.

Responsibilities include mapping to UAE standards (IA and ISO 27001), conducting threat models, and verifying responsible-AI alignment. This is a non on-site support position with UAE-hours availability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in information security, governance, risk and compliance, ideally in UAE-regulated sectors.
• Working knowledge of UAE information-security standards and ISO 27001.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
• Must be present in UAE and available to start immediately (5 days notice).

Responsibilities

• Map each solution to UAE standards and ISO 27001, tracking gaps to closure.
• Run threat models and risk reviews before go-live.
• Prepare security docs, risk registers and audit evidence for client/auditors.
• Check alignment with responsible-AI principles and AI certification requirements.
• Review access, logging and incident procedures during managed operation.

AI Security and Compliance Lead (Support Role) - SCS AI Solutions

Support roles are not full time on site, but they must pass the same knockout screen and be reachable during UAE office hours. Partner-firm or freelance specialists are welcome.

The security and compliance lead makes sure every solution can pass a strict security and AI-governance review, and keeps the evidence that proves it.

What you will do

• Map each solution to ISO 27001, UAE information-security standards and UAE data-protection law, and track gaps to closure.
• Run threat models and AI-specific risk reviews (prompt injection, data leakage, model misuse) before each go-live.
• Prepare security documentation, risk registers and audit evidence for the client and assessors.
• Check alignment with responsible-AI principles and support AI certification requirements.
• Review access, logging and incident procedures during managed operation.

Must have

• Significant experience in information security, governance, risk and compliance (more is a strong plus), ideally in UAE regulated sectors.
• Working knowledge of UAE information-security standards (such as UAE IA) and ISO 27001.
• One of: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.
• Must be present in UAE already and available to start immediately (with 5 days notice).

Nice to have

• ISO/IEC 42001 (AI management system) or AI risk frameworks (NIST AI RMF).
