Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Change Management professional to drive digital transformation initiatives and AI adoption programs. The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to train teams across the organization.

You will work with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and related digital workplace tools to enable effective technology adoption for business users in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, Learning & Development, or Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives with clear methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci).
• Deliver training and coaching to stakeholders and end users.
• Engage stakeholders with effective communication and presentations.
• Explain AI concepts to non-technical users and promote adoption.

Job description

Key Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, Learning & Development, or Consulting.

• Good understanding of Change Management methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci).

• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Power Platform, or Digital Workplace technologies.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and training skills.

• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical users.

• Fluent Arabic and English (Mandatory).

• Candidate should be based in the UAE or available to relocate/work in the UAE.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prosci certification.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, or Viva.

• Experience with Generative AI and AI adoption programs.

• UAE government/public sector exposure is an advantage.
