Catalyst24 is hiring an AI Practice Lead in Dubai to shape and execute the AI vision for a leading global digital transformation firm. You will oversee enterprise AI projects from concept to production, and represent the company at industry events.

Ideal candidate has deep ML/AI expertise, experience with Generative AI on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), and a track record delivering regulated enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/AI/DS or related field.
• Proven expertise in deep learning, modeling and statistical analysis.
• Experience delivering large-scale AI projects in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Generative AI on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GC).
• Experience with data platforms and databases (NoSQL, Neo4j).
• Strong governance, data quality and AI readiness principles.

Role Overview:

As an AI Practice Lead, you will support in shaping and executing the company's AI vision, overseeing the delivery of enterprise-level AI solutions from concept to production. They seek a visionary with deep technical expertise who excels in client engagements, solution architecture, and strategic planning. You will represent the company at major industry events, embodying their commitment to innovation, thought leadership, and responsible AI practices. Additionally, you will drive internal and external adoption of AI technologies, foster best practices, and demonstrate measurable outcomes and adoption metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI strategy and execution, aligning closely with organizational goals and client objectives.
• Provide governance for the successful delivery of enterprise AI projects from ideation through deployment.
• Act as company's AI ambassador, delivering impactful presentations, engaging in industry dialogues, and enhancing their market presence.
• Foster innovation through thought leadership initiatives, whitepapers, publications, and active participation in relevant forums and conferences.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing AI team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented culture – through proactive training across the organization
• Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, compliance, and risk management to ensure adherence to the latest governance frameworks, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote and drive internal adoption of AI, and externally for their clients, establishing and sharing best practices, guidelines, and metrics demonstrating the effectiveness and adoption of AI solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• University Degree (BSc, master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Extensive expertise in deep learning and modeling (e.g., Transformers, RNNs, CNNs), classical machine learning techniques, data mining and statistical modeling and analysis.
• Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale AI projects within enterprise environments is essential.
• Proficiency in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions using cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is necessary.
• Significant experience is required in areas including computer vision, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and working with databases like NoSQL, Neo4j, and vector databases.
• A strong foundation in data principles and capabilities such as understanding of data quality and governance to achieve AI readiness
• Nice to have: An understanding of data platforms such as Snowflake and Databrakes and how these platforms can drive commercial value to the company through professional services
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly conveying complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are expected. Additionally, strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaborative team management capabilities are essential.
