Job summary

Trans Skills, a Dubai-based HRIS solutions provider, seeks an AI Adoption & Change Management Senior Consultant with Arabic fluency. The role targets 8-15 years in change management, digital transformation, and related fields, with strong stakeholder, training, and communication skills.

UAE residency or relocation is required; Prosci certification is a plus. The candidate will guide AI adoption efforts, collaborate across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and digital workplace tools, and

Qualifications

8-15 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, Learning & Development, or Consulting.
Good understanding of Change Management methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci).
Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Generative AI, Power Platform, or Digital Workplace technologies.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and training skills.
Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical users.
Fluent Arabic and English (Mandatory).
Candidate should be based in the UAE or available to relocate/work in the UAE.
Prosci certification.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, or Viva.
Experience with Generative AI and AI adoption programs.
UAE government/public sector exposure is an advantage.
