Job summary

Trans Skills, a Dubai-based HRIS solutions provider, seeks an AI Adoption & Change Management Senior Consultant with Arabic fluency. The role targets 8-15 years in change management, digital transformation, and related fields, with strong stakeholder, training, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, Learning & Development, or Consulting.
• Good understanding of Change Management methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci).
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Generative AI, Power Platform, or Digital Workplace technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical users.
• Fluent Arabic and English (Mandatory).
• Candidate should be based in the UAE or available to relocate/work in the UAE.
• Prosci certification.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, or Viva.
• Experience with Generative AI and AI adoption programs.
• UAE government/public sector exposure is an advantage.
