Trans Skills is seeking a senior Change Management professional with 8–15 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, Learning & Development, or Consulting. The role requires fluency in Arabic and English and a strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate complex AI concepts.

Candidate must be based in the UAE or be willing to relocate. Experience with ADKAR/Prosci methodologies and familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, or

Competenze

Job Description

8-15 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, Learning & Development, or Consulting. Good understanding of Change Management methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci). Exposure to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Power Platform, or Digital Workplace technologies. Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and training skills. Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical users. Fluent Arabic and English (Mandatory). Candidate should be based in the UAE or available to relocate/work in the UAE.

Qualifications
