Job summary

Virtua Advanced Solution in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Change Management and Digital Transformation professional to lead adoption programs across the organization. This full-time role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, training, and effective communication of AI concepts to non-technical users.

Required are 8-15 years in change management, digital transformation, or related consulting fields, along with Prosci certification.

• Prosci certification and ability to apply change management methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci).
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform or Viva; Generative AI familiarity.

Job description

8-15 years of experience in Change Management Digital Transformation Technology Adoption Learning & Development or Consulting. Good understanding of Change Management methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci). Exposure to Microsoft 365 Microsoft Copilot Generative AI Power Platform or Digital Workplace technologies. Strong stakeholder management communication presentation and training skills. Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical users. Fluent Arabic and English (Mandatory). Candidate should be based in the UAE or available to relocate/work in the UAE.

Qualifications :

Prosci certification. Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Copilot Studio Teams SharePoint Power Platform or Viva. Experience with Generative AI and AI adoption programs. UAE government/public sector exposure is an advantage.
