Job summary

Impetus Consultancy Limited in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive (SaaS & AI) to manage the full sales cycle for our clients’ software and AI solutions, from cold outreach to negotiation and deal closure.

You will lead business development, engage C-level decision-makers, build a healthy pipeline, and collaborate with the International Expansion team to tailor strategies for multi-market opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional sales experience.
• Experience selling software, SaaS, AI solutions, or technology products.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong cold-calling, presentation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Excellent English communication; multichannel engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to deal closure.
• Drive new business development and build a robust pipeline.
• Sell software and AI solutions, tailoring pitches to client needs.
• Own the sales pipeline, forecast and track opportunities in CRM.
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive opportunities toward closure.
• Represent clients internationally and collaborate with internal teams.
