Job summary

Cooler Master, a leader in high-density liquid cooling and data center infrastructure, seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue in hybrid data center solutions. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while aligning with AI-ready infrastructure initiatives and sovereign IT strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 7+ years in sales or business development in data center/AI tech.
• Experience leading a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new Hybrid Data Center opportunities.
• Build and develop a strong pipeline through direct prospecting, partner engagement, networking, industry events, and social selling.
• Expand business within strategic accounts while supporting Client Managers on qualified opportunities.
• Lead customer discussions around data center modernization, hybrid cloud, virtualization, AI-ready infrastructure, data resilience, and sovereign IT strategies.
• Understand customer business challenges and translate them into value driven solutions focused on operational efficiency, risk reduction, compliance, and business growth.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, assessments, and executive briefings to generate new opportunities and accelerate deal progression.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, pre-sales teams, delivery teams, and technology partners to design and present tailored solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and guide opportunities through the entire sales lifecycle.
• Develop and position differentiated solutions by combining infrastructure, cloud, managed services, consulting, and lifecycle services.
• Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies across Hybrid Data Center, Cloud, AI, and Infrastructure solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic technology partners across infrastructure, cloud, networking, storage, AI, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity governance while achieving ambitious sales targets.
