Job summary

IBM Consulting in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Business Sales & Delivery Leader for Hybrid Cloud & Data. You will support sales and delivery across cloud, data, and AI, articulating integrated advisory, engineering, and operational capabilities.

Build client relationships, drive billable work, and grow revenue in a complex, multi-practice environment. You will engage with clients to design and deliver world-class solutions, accelerators, and outcomes, leveraging IBM’s partners and technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales and delivery of services across cloud, data, and AI domains.
• Ability to articulate integrated advisory, engineering, and operational capabilities.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships to identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales of differentiated solutions.
• Experience leading and delivering billable client activities and services revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop Trusted Client Relationships: build and maintain strong client relationships to identify opportunities and contribute to sales of differentiated solutions.
• Lead Billable Client Activities: manage and deliver billable client activities ensuring financial success in engagements.
• Design and Deliver Solutions: design, develop, and integrate solutions within Hybrid Cloud & Data service lines.
• Participate in Sector Events: engage in sector, solution, or community events to stay updated on industry trends.
• Drive Revenue Growth: focus on delivering financial success in engagements and services revenue generation.
