Job summary

AppliedAI in Abu Dhabi seeks an AI Solutions Consultant to join the on-site Delivery Team. You will translate client requirements into detailed technical designs and guide implementation of the Opus workflow orchestration platform, working with enterprise clients post-sale.

You will demonstrate strong technical confidence, balance solution design with hands-on oversight, and manage stakeholder expectations across IT and Operations.

Qualifications

5+ years in solutions consulting or technical business analysis.
Post-sales experience with enterprise clients.
Strong background in workflow automation or AI/ML platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to identify client needs and drivers.
Define workflows and architecture decisions with client teams.
Architect business cases with ROI and P&L impact.
Provide technical guidance to engineers and client staff.
Demonstrate outcomes-focused delivery and handle escalations.
