Job summary

SALT is seeking a Sales Manager in the UAE to drive enterprise growth across the UAE and wider GCC. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signatures, targeting government and large enterprises with AI and automation solutions.

The role requires a proven track record in B2B technology sales, strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, and the ability to navigate complex buying cycles. A regional presence in the UAE is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B enterprise technology sales across the UAE and/or GCC.
• Strong track record selling AI, automation, SaaS, or enterprise software to large organisations.
• Confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders and navigating complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Build and manage a pipeline across UAE and GCC enterprise and government accounts.
• Develop relationships with C-level stakeholders and system integrators.
• Position AI/tech solutions around ROI and measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with technical teams on complex customer requirements and timelines.
• Represent the company at regional industry events and executive meetings.
