Finanshels Accounting Technologies LLC in Dubai is seeking an AI-native Revenue Operations Manager with deep Zoho CRM expertise to own the systems, data and processes that turn marketing attention into closed revenue. You will architect and maintain the CRM, automate lead routing, ensure data hygiene, and provide dashboards and forecasting the leadership relies on.

This role blends AI, analytics and cross‑functional collaboration to keep the go‑to‑market engine running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue/sales operations with deep Zoho CRM expertise (Zoho One ecosystem preferred).
• Proven record of integrating CRM dashboards with 3rd party tools and systems.
• Strong analytical and data skills—dashboards, funnel analysis, forecasting, and comfort with spreadsheets/BI.
• Process thinker who can map and redesign messy revenue workflows.
• Excellent communication—translate between sales, marketing and finance.
• Evidence of using AI/automation to increase team leverage.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain rev ops motions—workflows, blueprints, scoring, assignment rules, sequences, alerts and reminders.
• Build lead capture, routing and SLA processes across all inbound sources so no lead is lost or mis-owned.
• Ensure data hygiene: de-duplication, enrichment, lifecycle stages and reporting integrity.
• Build dashboards and forecasting that leadership trusts—pipeline coverage, conversion by stage, win/loss, velocity, rep performance.
• Integrate Zoho with the rest of the stack and evaluate new tools against clear requirements.
• Partner with sales and marketing leadership on process design, enablement and weekly revenue reviews; train the team on best practices.
• Apply AI and automation to scoring, call analysis, summarization and forecast insights.
