Job summary

Zoho Corporation is seeking an experienced PMO/Delivery Operations professional to oversee project governance, financial operations, and resource management across IT services and SaaS engagements. You will collaborate with Delivery, Finance, Sales, and Leadership to ensure timely revenue realization and effective project execution.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficient Excel use, and experience with PSA/ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO/Delivery Operations within an IT Services or SaaS organization.
• Strong understanding of project governance and financial operations.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with PSA/ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to work across multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project billing milestones, invoicing schedules, and revenue collection.
• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with customers, PMs, Finance, and Sales to resolve delays.
• Prepare dashboards, revenue reports, and collection metrics for leadership visibility.
• Ensure adherence to SOWs, Change Requests, and contractual commitments.
• Track project health, risks, dependencies, and governance compliance across the portfolio.
• Support governance meetings with exec reports and action trackers.
