Job summary

A&A Associate in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive – Lead Management to oversee the complete lead lifecycle from capture to CRM updates. You will ensure accurate Zoho CRM data, timely lead qualification, assignment, and consistent follow-up by the Sales team, collaborating with Marketing and Prequalification to close gaps and improve data quality.

Strong analytical skills and process discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control, Lead Management, or Sales Operations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM data workflows and data quality practices.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to identify gaps and suggest process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify marketing-generated leads are captured and recorded in Zoho CRM.
• Perform quality checks on lead data: source, status, ownership, and activity updates.
• Ensure timely lead qualification, assignment, and follow-up by Sales teams.
• Document all lead-related activities and changes in Zoho CRM.
• Produce regular lead performance and turnaround time reports for management.
