Job summary

Kaizen Asset Management Services in Dubai seeks a proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive AI-powered productivity initiatives, including building AI agents and automating workflows.

You will implement AI tools, ensure data privacy, and maintain discretion across confidential personal and business matters, working independently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator or similar role.
• Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents beyond basic use of AI assistants.
• Practical understanding of AI tools, LLMs, workflow automation and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's complex calendar, meetings, priorities and schedule; coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to workflows and translate them into practical improvements; build and configure AI agents and automated workflows.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and accuracy; prepare materials, briefings and executive communications.
