Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages (Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French) are a plus.

About The Role

Are you comfortable talking and engaging with guests over the telephone? Are you passionate about restaurants and the hospitality industry, providing a unique guest experience? Are you able to multi‑task without compromising quality?

As an Agent, Room Reservations you will be a continuous source of information to help and assist all guests in their needs, replying to all incoming correspondence promptly. You will also assist in preparing reports and supporting the team, respond to incoming calls from customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding Atlantis Dubai products or services.

About You

It is essential that you have previous experience in either a call center, or alternatively, prior work history in the front office, guest relations, club lounge, hotel reservations, or a similar environment. Excellent personal presentation, patience when dealing with guests, a positive attitude at all times, attention to detail, and passion for customer service are required. Computer literacy and Opera systems proficiency are imperative, and fluency in English is a must. Preference will be given to fluent Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French speakers.
