Job summary

Kerzner International Limited in Dubai is seeking Agent Room Reservations to take reservations for Atlantis The Palm in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. You will engage guests over the telephone, provide information, and respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring a unique guest experience.

The role requires previous call center or front office experience, impeccable presentation, and proficiency with Opera.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or front office, guest relations or reservations.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, Chinese or French are preferred to assist our guest demographics.

• Take reservations for Atlantis The Palm in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Provide continuous information to guests, assist with their needs, and reply promptly to all incoming correspondence.
• Assist in preparing reports and support the team.

• Previous experience in a call center or prior work history in front office, guest relations, club lounge, hotel reservations, or similar environments.
• Impeccable personal presentation, patience when dealing with guests, positive attitude at all times, attention to detail, and passion for customer service.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Opera systems.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French is preferred due to our guest demographics.
