About The Role

Guest Relations Agent is responsible for providing exceptional, personalized service to hotel guests throughout their stay. The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences, handling requests and concerns professionally, and ensuring that guests receive the high level of hospitality expected at Atlantis the Palm.

About You

Ideal candidate for this role has previous experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality, or a customer-service role in 5 star ultra luxury environment, passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
