Responsibilities

• Provide technical after-sales and post-sales support to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage and monitor customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Conduct regular customer health checks, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Prepare and deliver technical training sessions and product demonstrations to end users.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer communications, and resolution outcomes in the CRM.
• Analyze service reports and KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
