Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a proactive Workshop Reception Coordinator to oversee daily reception operations in our automotive service environment in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure efficient customer flow and high service standards.

You will manage pre-bookings, open job cards accurately, coordinate invoicing, and communicate service charges and approvals with customers. A strong customer-service mindset and team collaboration are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operation of the workshop reception to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service to support retention and business development.
• Coordinate vehicle service pre-bookings to support workshop loading.
• Ensure vehicles are received professionally and efficiently.
• Open and update job cards accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate invoicing upon job completion for timely delivery and payment collection.
• Communicate with customers regarding service charges, approvals, and negotiations.
• Support the reception team to deliver a professional and seamless customer experience.
