Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an Aftersales Executive to drive sales growth in spare parts, attachments, and service contracts. You will nurture customer relationships, achieve targets, and coordinate internal resources to ensure seamless operations across branches.

The role involves conducting regular customer visits, managing quotations and orders, and aligning pricing with market needs. A 3–5 year background in aftersales or sales for material handling equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in aftersales or sales roles within the material handling or equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts and accessories for material handling equipment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive spare parts sales by identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop existing customers and achieve assigned sales and gross margin targets.
• Promote and sell attachments, accessories, and related products based on customer needs.
• Identify and develop opportunities for Preventive Maintenance and Repair Maintenance Contracts.
• Conduct regular customer visits to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate quotation preparation, order processing, pricing, and discount approvals.
• Coordinate with Finance, Parts, Service, Procurement and Logistics for smooth operations.
• Monitor quotations and ensure timely conversion of sales opportunities.
