Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai invites an Aftersales Executive to drive sales growth in spare parts, attachments, accessories, and service contracts. You will nurture customer relationships, manage quotations, orders, pricing, and discount approvals, and coordinate internal resources across multiple branches.

You will identify new business opportunities, conduct regular customer visits, and support counter sales while ensuring timely quotations, orders, and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Business development skills to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Experience in managing quotations and order processing efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer relationship management.
• Ability to manage pricing and discount strategies to meet competitive market demands.

Responsibilities

• Drive spare parts sales by identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop existing customers and achieve sales and gross margin targets.
• Coordinate quotations, orders, pricing, and discount approvals.
• Support counter sales activities across branches and ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify and develop opportunities for PMC and RMC contracts.
• Conduct regular customer visits and lead generation to grow aftersales.
• Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate with Finance, Parts, Service, Procurement and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
