Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai seeks a Head of Aftersales for Trucks and Equipment to lead Service, Parts, and Uptime across divisions. The role reports to the General Manager - Aftersales and drives profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth while upholding OEM standards.

You will manage multiple teams, develop strategic initiatives, control warranty processes, and align dealership operations with corporate objectives and OEM partnerships to ensure high performance and customer trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of aftersales operations experience.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
• In-depth knowledge of Trucks and Construction Equipment systems.
• Proficiency with SAP and dealership management systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service, Parts and Uptime functions across divisions.
• Monitor and improve aftersales P&L and profitability.
• Drive service and parts revenue growth through retention and market reach.
• Oversee OEM warranty procedures and service quality standards.
• Develop and mentor a team of direct reports and wider staff.
