Job summary

TAT IT Technolgies is seeking a Techno Functional Wealth Consultant with Avaloq expertise and a background in Wealth Management for a banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The consultant will lead the development of wealth management solutions, ensuring stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance. Required skills include hands-on experience with Avaloq applications, strong knowledge of investment products, and proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies. This role demands excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively manage product roadmaps and stakeholder requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Wealth Management domain, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Avaloq applications, including understanding of full application lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio types, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FINMA, CPF).
• Technical proficiency in managing integrations, incremental data loads, and platform dependencies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for wealth management platforms, including Avaloq.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Wealth Tribe, Investment Operations, and IT to gather, prioritize, and validate requirements.
• Own the product backlog and ensure deliverables align with strategic goals and regulatory compliance.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage the delivery of features.
• Coordinate with vendors for onboarding, solutioning, and production support.
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues.

The Wealth Consultant will lead the development and enhancement of wealth management solutions, focusing on platforms such as Advent and Prospero. The role requires deep domain knowledge in wealth and investment operations, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for wealth management platforms, including Avaloq.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Wealth Tribe, Investment Operations, and IT to gather, prioritize, and validate requirements.
• Own the product backlog and ensure deliverables align with strategic goals and regulatory compliance (e.g., CPF Annual Regulation, Islamic propositions, ECM integration).
• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage the delivery of features such as SIP workflows, trade settlement automation, and incremental load enhancements.
• Coordinate with vendors for onboarding, solutioning, and production support across Advent and Prospero platforms.
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues related to VAT invoicing, trade execution, and fee accruals.
