Quadcode, a fintech company, seeks an Affiliate Manager (MENA) to build and scale our partner network for Affstore across the MENA region. This remote, long-term role focuses on sourcing, onboarding, and managing local affiliates and strategic partners, while driving program improvements from its early stage.

You will own outreach, onboarding, payout coordination, and performance analytics, collaborating across time zones (EET/EEST) with the core team to optimize growth.

Competenze

• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to identify, approach, and build strong relationships with local affiliates, networks, and agencies.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Experience in Forex/broker affiliate programs.
• Experience managing CPA/RevShare partnerships.
• Arabic language fluency is a strong advantage.

• Search for, attract, and onboard new affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA models within MENA market.
• Conduct daily affiliate outreach and prospecting.
• Process incoming leads on a daily basis.

About the Team

We areQuadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Manager (MENA) to join our team. This role entails crafting and managing impactful affiliate programs, building strong partnerships, and leveraging performance analytics to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.

This will be the first dedicated hire focused on developing and scaling our partner network in MENA region for our new product Affstore.

You will play a key role in establishing and scaling our presence in the market by sourcing, onboarding, and managing local affiliates and strategic partners, while also taking ownership of initiatives to develop and improve the affiliate program as a product from an early stage.

The role operates in the EET/EEST time zone, ensuring close collaboration with the core team.
