Job summary
EDGE seeks a Senior Special Processes Manager to lead greenfield development of aerospace special processes (peening, coatings, heat treatment, brazing, surface prep, chemical processing) for propulsion programs. You will drive NPI, industrialization, and in-house production-readiness, partnering with design, quality, and suppliers to ensure robust, cost-effective, and NADCAP-compliant capabilities.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership in setting up aero special processes and factory readiness.
- Experience with at least two aero processes (peening, coatings, heat treatment, brazing).
- Understanding of NADCAP requirements and aerospace specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead greenfield setup of in-house special process capabilities and equipment.
- Direct NPI, process qualification, and production ramp for engine programs.
- Develop process specifications, routings, and control plans.
- Collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, and partners.
