Document Control Lead in Dubai: Rebel Recruiters is seeking a senior governance-focused professional for an Advanced Aircraft Programme. You will own EDMS taxonomy, lifecycle controls, and evidence registers, interfacing with PMO and Quality teams to enforce strict document controls.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of document and records control experience in aerospace, aviation, or regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 15489 and AS9100D (aerospace quality management).
• Experience with ORCON and classified records.
• Basic PMO fluency; ability to train workstreams.
• Hands-on with EDMS platforms such as Aconex, Documentum, OpenText, M-Files, or SharePoint.
• Certification records experience or regulator correspondence control is a plus.
• Power BI and workflow automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up the EDMS taxonomy, metadata, permissions, and controlled-template library.
• Operate the document lifecycle—identification, revision, approval, distribution, and retention.
• Maintain the Evidence Register linking milestones to supporting proof.
• Run quarterly compliance audits.
• Ensure records align with ISO 15489 and certification standards.
