Job summary

GAPS Guidance is seeking an Admissions Counselor to help prospective students choose suitable higher education programs and complete their enrollment. The role involves speaking with students, understanding their goals, and guiding them through the admissions process to registration.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person; explain program requirements, fees, and study schedules; review documents; and keep CRM records up to date while aiming to meet monthly

Qualifications

Experience in education counseling, admissions, or consultative sales.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Confidence using a CRM, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and email.
Ability to explain program details clearly and handle student questions professionally.
Good organization and attention to detail.
UAE higher education market experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Respond to student enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
Understand each student’s education, work experience, career goals, and preferred study options.
Explain available programs, university admission requirements, fees, payment plans, and study schedules accurately.
Follow up with prospective students and support them through the admissions process.
Review application documents and coordinate with the operations team to complete registrations.
Keep student records, follow-up notes, and payment updates accurate in the CRM.
Coordinate with the team on outstanding documents, installment payments, and student queries.
Work toward monthly admissions and collection targets while giving students clear, honest guidance.
