• 3–5 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience, UAE preferred.
• Experience with UAE VAT regulations and AP controls.
• Hands-on ERP/accounting systems experience; NetSuite is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices against POs/GRs ensuring VAT compliance and approvals.
• Process payments, verify bank details, and maintain payment records.
• Perform AP reconciliations, aging reports, and month-end close.
• Maintain internal controls, audit documentation, and SOX-like controls.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive AP tasks and enhance efficiency.
