Job summary

White Spot Facilities Management Services LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to manage end-to-end AP operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, VAT compliance, and month-end closing.

The ideal candidate will have UAE AP experience, ERP proficiency (NetSuite a plus), strong Excel skills, and a proactive mindset for process improvement, automation, and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience, preferably in UAE.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; NetSuite is advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and advanced functions.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices against POs and receipts ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Prepare and verify vendor payments, bank transfers, and payment documentation.
• Perform supplier reconciliations, post accruals, and assist month-end closing.
• Ensure UAE VAT compliance and maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.
• Identify automation opportunities and support ERP and reporting enhancements.
