Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C SPC is seeking a Female Accounts Payable Accountant with 3–5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector. The role requires Arabic language skills and a strong grasp of AP processes, invoicing, and vendor management.

You will join a fast-paced team in the UAE and contribute to accurate financial records and timely payments. The ideal candidate will manage invoices, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure smooth month-end close while maintaining documentation and ERP

Qualifications

• Female candidate with 3–5 years of accounts payable experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounting tasks.
• Professional attitude, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to work.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team and management.
• Must have knowledge of working on ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and management regarding payment-related matters.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and support monthly closing activities.
