Responsibilities

• Review and ensure completeness of documents received for processing from suppliers.
• Process transactions as per Service Level Agreements.
• Record transactions accurately and update process tracking register timely.
• Escalate discrepancies and non-compliance with SLAs to Commercial Manager.
• Maintain files and documentation per policy.
• Perform month-end closing activities as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with action plans from audit feedback.
