Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C SPC is seeking a Female Accounts Payable Accountant who is fluent in Arabic to join our F&B finance team in the UAE. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounts payable experience and strong accounting knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

You will process invoices, manage payments, coordinate with suppliers, and support monthly closings while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts payable experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and management regarding payment-related matters.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and support monthly closing activities.
• Coordinate effectively with the team and management to ensure smooth accounting operations.
• Handle work pressure professionally while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
