Job summary

The successful candidate will manage AR cycles, prepare payment schedules, and support monthly closings, bank reconciliations, and VAT compliance while maintaining accuracy under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire accounts receivable cycle from invoice to payment.
• Review invoices for accuracy and approve them.
• Settle supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payment schedules and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehousing, and logistics.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports.
• Monitor cash flows and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly closing reports.
• Handle supplier payments and balances.
• Support audit processes and reports.
• Manage petty cash and various invoices.
• Deal with VAT and VAT reporting.
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation.
• Manage prepaid expenses.
• Proficient in using Excel and ERP systems.
• Maintain high accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines.
