Job summary

You will perform three-way matching, coordinate with procurement and departments to resolve invoice issues, and assist with month-end closings while maintaining internal controls and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts, and supplier invoices.
• Verify invoice accuracy and obtain approvals prior to payment.
• Prepare and process vendor payments through various methods.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor ageing reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Coordinate with procurement and business units to resolve issues.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing and accruals.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely using SAP.
• Perform three-way matching of POs, GRs, and invoices.
• Verify invoice accuracy and obtain approvals prior to payment.
• Process vendor payments through various methods.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor ageing reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Coordinate with procurement, receiving, and departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and tax regulations.
• Support audits by providing documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency.
• Prepare AP reports and analyses as required.
